I discovered Priorit at a very difficult time, when Thomas was going through a crisis. We didn't know what he had; at the time, he had not yet received an autism diagnosis. Priorit not only showed us the way, but also taught us that it is possible to live a full and happy life as an autistic person. I am eternally grateful to all the wonderful professionals who welcomed us and continue to welcome us to this day!

INSTITUTO PRIORIT
CARE THAT TRANSFORMS LIVES
When the diagnosis arrives, it is natural for questions, fears and that feeling of not knowing where to start to come up.
Since 2006, we have walked alongside families, helping to turn this moment into a starting point and not an ending.
And, over 20 years, we have developed an exclusive methodology that unites science, clinical experience and a truly human perspective.
Here, every child is unique and every family finds support and direction.

WHO WE ARE
LIVES THAT BECOME STORIES
Despite all the difficulties, an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) diagnosis cannot — and must not — be a sentence that limits a child's life. With this conviction, Priorit was born more than 20 years ago in Brazil, with the purpose of transforming not only the lives of children and adolescents with ASD, but also of the entire family.
WHY CHOOSE INSTITUTO PRIORIT?
STORIES THAT BECOME METHODOLOGY
We know that development does not happen only in therapy. It happens at home, in daily routines and in the small moments of everyday life. That is why caring for the child also means caring for everyone around them.
With Family Therapy, we strengthen families so they feel more secure, supported and guided along this path.
Because when you find support, the path becomes lighter. Shall we talk?
Before any technique, there is an encounter between the child and the therapist, between the family and welcoming care. That is where development begins.

For more than 9 years, Priorit has prepared young people and adults with autism for a moment that changes everything: entering the job market.
From that experience, we structured NEAP — the Priorit Employability and Autonomy Center. More than a program, it is a path built with each person, respecting their talents, their wishes and their unique way of being in the world.
We know that entering the job market is not only about getting a job. It is about belonging, finding a purpose and being part of something bigger.
WHAT FAMILIES SAY
A METHODOLOGY THAT TRANSFORMS FAMILIES
Transforming lives in Brazil for more than 20 years.
I sum up my life and my daughter Luísa's life as before and after Instituto Priorit! Every advance and every behavioral, emotional and social achievement came from the multidisciplinary team. The competence and tireless dedication of each professional has made and will continue to make all the difference in building a healthy and inclusive life. And all of this support goes far beyond therapy inside the office; it is felt in the daily life of the whole family.
Melyssa started at Priorit at 3 years and 4 months, still in diapers. In 6 months she progressed more than in 1 year of other therapies. Today, at 15, I see all of her growth and maturity, as well as the support that we, atypical parents, also receive.
Gigi was an "apathetic" baby... it was hard to get her to notice others, the activities... to focus on her. Everyone who takes part in her little life in some way notices how much she has changed! How much she has progressed in these months.
With the group therapies, watching how his friends developed, João was able to acquire communication tools he didn't have. Even though he had the intention to communicate, to connect, he was missing all of this support.
A welcoming environment that provides calm, peace and security. A place of growth, of new beginnings, of joy and lightness, that transforms, that blossoms, that builds and makes dreams come true.
I would like to express my gratitude to you and to Priorit for everything you have done for Marcelo!

COMMON QUESTIONS FROM FAMILIES
It is a methodology in which professionals from different fields — such as psychology, speech-language pathology and occupational therapy — work in an integrated way and in constant dialogue. Instead of each therapy working in isolation, the team builds a single personalized therapeutic plan, defined from a joint initial assessment and continuously adjusted to each patient's progress.
