Psychomotor Therapy

Psychomotor therapy is where the body begins to tell the story of children and adolescents. And where we learn to listen to that story attentively.

How does it work?

Everything happens in a playful way, in an environment prepared to welcome and stimulate:

  • Awareness of your own body.
  • Balance and coordination.
  • The sense of time and space.
  • Laterality and muscle tone.
  • The organization of movements, from the broadest to the most delicate.

But what matters most is what happens alongside all of this.

When a child learns to move with more confidence, they also begin to relate better to others, to the world, and to themselves.

Whether in Group Activities or Individual Therapies, every proposal is connected to the therapeutic plan and to development.

That is what psychomotor therapy is about: helping your child discover new ways to express themselves and be in the world.
