Feeding Therapy

For many autistic children, mealtimes can be one of the biggest challenges of daily life.

Food selectivity involves sensory, emotional, and behavioral factors.

Our Feeding Therapy goes beyond the conventional.

We have a prepared transdisciplinary team of occupational therapists trained in Ayres Sensory Integration, nutritionists, speech-language pathologists, and psychologists. All working together with a single goal: helping your child build a calmer relationship with food.

How does it work in practice?

It all starts with listening. We seek to understand each child's needs, their fears, their preferences, and their sensory limits as well.

Little by little, we invite your child to explore new flavors, textures, and colors. Always in a playful, safe, and welcoming way, so this process happens with confidence.

The goal is not only to expand the range of foods. It is to make mealtimes lighter, more functional, and more enjoyable for the child and for the whole family.

Situations such as food selectivity, refusal, rigidity, or fear of trying new foods can be addressed with care and strategy.
