Capoeira

More than a physical activity, capoeira is an encounter. With your own body, with rhythm, with another person.

In a playful and welcoming way, it works on:

  • Motor coordination, balance, and laterality.
  • Rhythm and body awareness.
  • Attention, focus, and self-control.
  • Socialization and communication with others.

For children dealing with anxiety, inattention, or impulsivity, capoeira offers a safe space to organize body and mind. The limits of the game teach, without words, how to wait your turn, respect your partner, and handle frustration.

And the gains go beyond movement.

With every class, your child recognizes their own abilities and overcomes challenges. It also strengthens self-esteem and, above all, shows that everything is possible.

Growing up also means learning to move through the world with more confidence. And capoeira is here for that.
